BMI Baby Rip off prices
Dear All,
Please beware of BMI Baby and the rip of prices they charging, yes their advert may say cheep flights but the extra hidden in the background are a disgrace.
The details:
I recently booked nine flight for my stag do to fly from Manchester to Newquay return, the price was reasonable at £60 each but they then had the balls to charge me £68 for a one off credit card payment, yes folk £68!!!. What a joke as it is an electronic payment so their charge is minimal.
Secondly today I was informed that one of my friends could not make the stag do, no problem I thought as another friend now can have time off work so would like to come. I rang BMI to change the name and guess what they wanted £100 to change the name, yes you read this correctly £100!!!
I asked the nice lady on the telephone if she was joking but she was completely serious, £100 for a name chance, it takes 1 minute to chance. As you can probably understand I told her no thank you as the original flight was only £68.
I have to ask but who is keeping n eye on these companies surely they cannot be allowed to get away with these rip off charge????
